Removing statues is stupid. It won’t change anything. The idiots are even removing statues of American presidents.
Yet another stupid decision by Democrat black activists. Do these idiots actually believe her accomplishments equate to those of Robert E. Lee, who was removed? This is pure political BS. This status will be quietly removed by people with more common sense. Next thing you know they will be putting up a statue Mr. Rodgers – who actually accomplished more than this lady.
If they were going to put up a statue of a woman in Emancipation Hall, they should’ve put up one of Harriet Tubman. They put up a statue of a nobody. Why not Harriet Beecher Stowe or Rosa Parks? That General Lee replacement was stupid. I’d rather see a statue of one of the women who spied for the Confederacy. For better or worse, at least they DID something.
