The FEDs FORCED Louisiana to create a voting district based on race… NOT citizenship. IF that is not Gerrymandering, I don’t know what is. Only property owners should be allowed to vote, OR our property taxes should be eliminated. WHY should only the productive WORKERS be the ones to fund this corrupt gov’t. that PUNISHES only them?
