I really don’t get why the Democrats are so upset about voters having to show id to vote. I have lived in a suburb of Detroit all of my life and in my city (precinct) it is required to show id to vote. We don’t have many blacks living here but anytime we vote they show their id without question and follow the rules. The Democrat politicians in Michigan don’t seem to have a problem with this even in Detroit. I hope that I didn’t speak to soon
Voter ID has already been mandatory here in TN. This last 2024 election was also paper ballots. No one had a problem. Everyone had ID. No one whined or complained or threw temper tantrums.
Bill, it’s because that’s what DJT wants so they are totally against it and everything Trump wants and does. Point blank. That is exactly the reason even if it kills other people. They want what they want when they want it because they want it – that way!
But even if Trump didn’t want voter ID, they’d also not want it because they can’t win with it. It would be one of the rare occasions they would agree with Trump.
