So the magistrate, Judge Douglas Micko is married to Caitlin Micko, who is assistant AG to AG Keith Ellison? Caitlin Micko has also shown support for anti-ICE posts on LinkedIn. That alone is a conflict of interest and should be turned over to an unbiased judge to sign the warrant. Is the entire govt. & judicial system in MN corrupt? Maybe they should look into his/her financial records. Did he/she profit from the fraud.
Sounds like grounds for an appeal. Hope Pam Bondi goes through with an appeal.
