Kamala saying that you better thank a union for sick time and vacation time. I say, BULL! I have never worked for a union and I always got paid sick time AND paid vacation time. The main differences between union and non-union is you have to pay union dues and everybody gets the same pay, same increases – great worker or shitty worker gets paid the same. Increases in pay are based on what the union negotiates for all workers and are not based on merit. The companies I worked for were at the very least comparable in wages and benefits that were equal to, if not better, than a union company. I live in a right-to-work state and no one complains. There’s a few unions but mostly not. They keep trying to infiltrate but the workers vote against it.
