Word salad? I understood perfectly when he said he’ll increase taxes on businesses and wealthy people 11%. The main problem with that is most of those who will get the tax increase are already making plans to leave New York if that Marxist grinning towel head gets elected. Remember the grinning president of the late 1970’s? A lot of teeth but completely incompetent and it took a republican president 6 years to clean up the mess Jimmy made.
