Absolutely! $15,000,000 should be spent on gender-affirming care because there are NO (zero, zilch) people in New York who can’t afford the meds required to keep them alive. There are NO hungry mouths to be fed. There is not one household that is struggling to pay electricity bills or the rent required to keep a roof over their heads. Obviously, New York has money to spare, and there are no crazies in the street right now that desperately need psychological help before they harm some unsuspecting victim. NYC should fork over the bucks for gender-affirming care–never mind that the steps they’re taking will have, not equal–NO, WORSE effects on the children for whom the steps were not created. Throw every normal, average kid down the drain and support a problem that is being introduced and pushed on children who have no idea they’re being used. Who couldn’t agree with that?!
