  1. Would Higgens be against releasing the MILLIONS paid out to victims of sexual harassment cases committed by our “pubic serpents” (one eyed snakes) in our gov’t. ? WE the PEOPLE are the innocent victims, that have been RIPPED OFF… many times. This is the small potato’s compared to 2008 and the sloppy Joe Obiden & barry boy obama administrations

  2. His reason for voting no was to supposedly protect the victims. They already publicly came forward with their statements. They’re not trying to hide their identities. They want those responsible to pay.

  3. He might have a point protecting the innocent whistle blowers. After all, Hillary is making calls to all the hitmen who have done “favors” for her in the past. But these whistle blower’s names are already public knowledge. The real protection should be a professional bodyguard service. The “no” vote was nothing more than symbolic and really has nothing to do with protecting the innocent. At this point, the innocent want to see justice done.
