That means no Trans person should ever compete against a Biological Female, no Trans should ever share a Female Locker Room or Shower. Those areas should be used by the Biological Females and the Trans Females seeing they are in Fact a Biological Man should be using the Men’s bathroom and Men’s Locker Rooms. Title IX clearly states it’s to protect Womans Sports to ensure that Biological Men don’t come along and begin Hijacking Woman’s Sports. We’ve seen what a Trans person can do in a Fighting Ring where several Females have had their Faces Fractured and givin massive concussions. Or the Trans person who was ranked in the High 160s in the United States as a Male Swimmer yet declared he was now a She and began setting new records with faster times. Or the Trans person who Was Horrible as a Male Runner but suddenly couldn’t be beaten by a single Female. Yes i agree with Sophie that Young Girls must be protected from a Trans Person coming into a sport that these Young Biological Females have trained for years thinking they were only going to be competing against other Females only to find out they would be forced to compete against a Trans person or Forfeit their race. Maybe make a separate category for Trans people where their times are not placed into the Male or Female category by giving them their very own category.
