One of my friends, who passed away last May at 73, had a hand that shook like that, and had lost weight and had a weak voice, just like Clinton, in this recent video. Watching Clinton, reminded me immediately of my buddy, in his last days. His hand had been shaking for at least ten years before his demise, caused by the years that he took Prolixin, without taking either Artane or Cogentin, with it. I myself took Prolixin for many more years than my buddy did, but did not wind up with the same uncontrollable muscular movements (hand shaking), because I took Artane with it, as prescribed, by my doctor. But my buddy refused to take either one of these additional medications to control some of these nasty side effects, which can become permanent. And in his case, it did become permanent, long after ceasing Prolixin, his hand was shaking, never getting any better. In my case, any involuntary muscular movements that I had, ended after my doctor withdrew me off of Prolixin, gradually–since I also followed his advice by using Artane, also–until shortly after he ended my use of Prolixin. My buddy also had several other serious health problems, that we had talked about, over the years: diabetes, blood clots, atrial fibrillation–and I suspect that he also had cancer, too–though he never admitted that to me. So, take it for what it is worth: uncontrollable and continuous shaking of a hand, like Clinton was experiencing in that video, is often a permanent side effect, from having taken some medication, like Prolixin, for example.
