Anyone could see that Biden was not all there. I personally have dealt with Dementia with a family member that lived with me for almost 4 years. He definitely was showing signs before he even got to the WH. Jill should be charged with elder abuse and well as his cabinet. It is a horrible disease and hate to see anyone with it.
