If she knew anything, the way any bill works is that it starts in the House, then is sent to the Senate, then when a bill is passed, it is sent to the president for his signature and it becomes law if the Supreme Court says it’s within the guidelines of the constitution. How can Trump open the government when the senate hasn’t even sent him a bill to sign? The hold up is Upchuck Schumer, stupid bitch.
