You’re correct. How did this even make it all the way to the SC? How did 3 justices even vote against the parents? This should have been put to rest long before now. The SC needs to make a ruling once and for all banning any and all transitioning on minors, period! I hope this is used over and over in the campaigns against Newsom and any other politicians running for office that is pro child mutilation. I bet there’s way more normal voters that want to protect their children than there are sicko Dems that want to harm your children. The sicko Biden-appointed District Judge Brendan Hurson blocked Trump’s executive order saying it was beyond his presidential authority. The real problem here is that we have liberals in government, to begin with. Why do we even have 3 liberals on the Supreme Court, to begin with? And why is transgenderism even legal, in the first place? Why is homosexuality legal? It wasn’t legal when I was a young man, and it was a big mistake, to legalize this perversion. These so-called “liberals” are a real problem, and they act so much like communists, that it really makes you wonder if they really are secretly communists. But, anyway, what we have in California is another example if an attempt to shift power from the individual, to the government. Just like with the issue of gun control, where the government will get more power, and the individual less power, if the government is allowed to infringe upon the Second Amendment, by restricting or regulating gun ownership and use. Tyranny starts when the government has more power than the individual, when individual rights are removed, when the government tells the people what to do, instead of the other way around. Parents should not only have complete control over their children’s upbringing, but they should also have freedom of choice, everywhere throughout the country, whether they want to send them to private school, or charter school, whether they want to homeschool them or not, or online school them, or send them to public school, or not. But in California, the government has been trying to take away individual rights, with bullsh!t like this–and now we know one reason why that state is experiencing a net population decline (as if insane environmental requirements for businesses, lawlessness, homelessness, and drug use in the streets, rampant inflation, and high taxes aren’t enough–all brought about by the liberals and the Democrats, and their f’d-up policies, like this one, to not notify parents what’s happening with their kids, for example!) At least a significant part of the rest of the country has more sense than that about this–if not the states mostly controlled by Democrats, like California, for example! Well, it is a GOOD THING that many Americans have been “voting with their feet”, and with their consumer dollars, moving out of f’d-up states like California, controlled by Democrats like Governor Gavin “Lose-some”, and boycotting companies that embrace this woke perversion, resulting in the classic “go woke, and go broke”.
