BEFORE Obamacare: most hospitals had a “clini service “ whereby poor patients could get and receive top tier healthcare for almost free. Drugs were “donated” by pharmaceutical companies, and when admitted, top tier doctors would round with interns and residents and receive top tier treatment. Then the insurance companies and government put a stop to this “charity “. The Obamacare debacle is a TAX, and Obama LIED about “you can keep your doctor “!Everything went up!
