This guy was never in any Jack Reacher movie, with Tom Cruise, David Oyelowo, and Rosamund Pike, and all of the other great actors that were in it. No! He is only in the TV series copycat version of Jack Reacher, initially made famous by Tom Cruise & Co., and probably a far inferior version of it, than the original that made this fictional character famous, too. After all, it is hard, in fact nearly impossible, to improve upon such a great, original movie, so the tv series is just a cheap attempt to cash in on the fame and glory and excellent work, of the original 2012 movie. And so I, never having bothered to waste my time on such a cheap copycat version, from a second-rate actor, am not even aware who this Hollywood second-rater is, nor do I care to find out, either (now that he has revealed his political ignorance, and childishness, in a tv interview, filled with lies and propaganda, like any true communist.)
