Omar was elected as US Rep in 2018 but wasn’t sworn in until Jan. 2019. That’s the same year that fraud (on a smaller scale was first detected). Tim Walz was also sworn in as governor of MN and Keith Ellison was sworn in as MN AG in Jan 2019 also. Is there a pattern here? How is Ellison going to spin this on why he hasn’t brought any charges that were occurring right under his nose? Walz, of course, is denying any knowledge of corruption.
