They need to audit the school bus owners logs to see when they operated the buses. I would think that’s a requirement when kids are being transported. School buses are normally independently owned. Don’t give them advanced notice so they can create phony logs. The day care center that my son went to when he was little didn’t have bus service and that was Montessori. My granddaughter’s day care also did not provide bus service.
