Both MacArthur and Patton wanted to bomb the shit out of Moscow. The dummycrat politicians should’ve let them. Now it’s too late.

What we SHOULD have done is to flatten part of China (and bridges over the Yalu River) when Mao sent Chinese troops into Korea, as MacArthur fervently wished for. I don’t know what thoughts Patton had on the matter.

Ukrainians believed Western leaders about how essential an independent Ukraine was. If Ukraine were all that essential, it would have been admitted to NATO membership long ago.
Ukrainians would have been wise to believe Putin, because he was obviously speaking his real thoughts; he made threats, but he was serious. Western politicians were only shadow-boxing and competing for media exposure. And now, considering how the war was fought with baby steps, no one has a good reason to believe that NATO is more than a megaphone.
