This is like a 2 edge sword. The public does deserve the right to see the trial, but in the early 1960s a highly publicized murder trial was televised and resulted in an innocent man being thrown in jail for life. An appeal was made and the publicizing of that trial led to the innocent man’s acquittal because his constitutional rights were violated by the television news services. The idea for the TV show and movie “The Fugitive” were based on that trial. This is why so many trials are NOT televised. Even the Charlie Manson trial was not televised and only parts of the O.J. Simpson trial were televised. But, I’m all for a public execution of that murdering POS by hanging him.

It also says in Isaiah 5:20 “Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil; that put darkness for light and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” In our modern language, “woe unto them” doesn’t seem a strong “term”, but in the Biblical understanding (as used here), “woe to them” is a very strong and harsh term and means “judgement is coming”.
