The entire country need voter id. I cant even talk to my physician with out a long process on the phone verifying my ID but people vote with out it, that is inviting cheating. Do not even try to say it is racist, I am over that word, if anyone cannot get an id then please do not vote, if you cannot produce an ID then that is a great way to prevent incompetent people from voting, if you cannot get an ID then you are not qualified to vote!
