How does one try to describe a person so pathetic you are ashamed for them to be seen on the street?
These people have obviously been abused throughout there lives and now believe by further defiling themselves they will receive some sort of needed attention.
They do need help, but they have driven themselves so far away from the real world how is help possible? They are at a point of no return.
