I read his comment very simply as the sarcasm that it is…of course he can’t say that all those who practice Islam are fucked up–even though they are–and are all going to hell, as a result of practicing this false religion. But he can threaten them to make living in their Islamic country like living in hell, while they are still alive–by destroying their infrastructure–then mocking the fools who practice Islam by saying “praise be to Allah”–as he is destroying their infrastructure, and making them live like they are in hell in a country with no bridges or working water supply systems. All of this is just take these intractable Islamic idiots surrender, which they have refused to do, so far. And why not mock their own worthless religion, while they are getting bombed to hell–when their religion is what causes them to refuse to surrender, in the first place? Personally, I think that we should throw out everyone who chooses to practice that foul religion, here in America–and throw them out for good: less Islam in any given country=less problems for that country.
