I went to Journalism school Katie, and trying to bait the person you are interviewing, is unprofessional. It’s hacks like you that have made people view journalists the same way they view used car salesman and ambulance chasing lawyers. People like Katie have ruined the profession of Journalism.
Katie is just another white guilt angry Boomer. I am white, and a Gen Xer fyi. My generation doesn’t get what these liberal Boomers are so angry about. They grew up in nuclear families, they were a bunch of pot smoking hippies, who then turned total capitalists and made a ton of money as they never had layoffs like my gen, they also had pensions which no one in my generation got – we were the first to have to fund our retirements with our own money in 401ks. My gen was hit with first the dot com recession and the Great Recession. If anyone has the right to be angry, it’s us GenXers, but the only anger I have is toward these female, white, angry, extreme liberals who had it so good, but hate our country. UGH
