The Federal charges are NOT dropped. Only the “State charges” are removed to streamline jury instructions. The main charges Arson trafficking are still there. Sex trafficking is still a part of the RICO enhancements. Kidnapping is still in the RICO enhancements.
No. They simplified the charges. “Attempt” is gone, but actual arson, kidnap, etc. still exists. There is too much misunderstanding on what is happening and all the various charges that are redundant are streamlined in the Fed case.
Who cares? As long as he swings from a rope is all that’s important.

A few more people woke up to the harm of the Diddy’s in this world? 95% of the rest can continue to think, “I’m not so bad……look at that Diddy”. Unless Diddy spends the rest of his despicable life incarcerated, this has just been a nasty circus.
I am pretty sure the discussion in the jury room is going to be, how do we get out of this situation without being called a racist….??? After all life is about virtue signaling no matter who gets killed or injured! There is no morals any longer in society!
First of all, I’m prejudiced against any guy beating a woman, and then I’m a firm believer that there are people within society that do not belong walking amongst the rest of us; especially those that have so much power that they have the means to upend Justice. This case needs to be followed to the very end with total disclosure and accountability- for the moral good of our society, along side the Epstein case, IMO!
