This will never stop. Carnival need to jack up the prices making it unaffordable for these thugs to purchase a ticket. The passengers need to start demanding and suing to have their ticket price refunded as this is not a ‘relaxing vacation’. Carnival also owns Princess, Holland, Cunard and four other lines. Until their income drops, this will continue.
