All I’ve seen is what they’ve shown on TV during the hearing. I haven’t seen zoom-in shots to see his facial features so I hope there is some that show his face a little better. The defense will use that fact to say that it could be anyone. It seems there’s some questions about the ballistics also. I hope that gets defined a little better. I’m not an expert but I think it’s incriminating evidence. I would say guilty just because of the smirk on his face like he thinks this is a game, his roommate’s testimony and the note he wrote to his roommate. Plus his own parents convinced him to turn himself in. Did he ever say he was not guilty before his court date? I do hope this goes to a jury trial.
