Instead of focusing on failed welfare programs like these, government should be focused on encouraging and supporting business. Many of these people are homeless because of the lack of worthwhile, profitable jobs. So, instead of wasting money on welfare for the homeless, how about cutting taxes and ending regulations for businesses, so these people can have jobs, and hope, again, huh, Mayor? It is your high taxes and regulations that drive out business, along with your lack of law enforcement, and your liberal excuses for all kinds of immoral behavior, and your mistaken environmental fantasies, and support for green energy, that are bringing your city down.
