Yes, there are circumstances that cause a person to be heavy, sometime genetic, soetimes a gland problem, and even medicine can cause a person to be overweight. Most health issues are cause by poor diet. If they ate properly they wouldn’t have health issues that need medications. Heart problems, diabetes are all caused by seed oils, sugar, grains filled with pesticides and processed foods filled with chemicals made with heavily pesticide filled produce and grains. I was one of those and ended up on blood pressure meds, but I’ve been eating just beef, chicken, turkey and other animal products for three months and my blood pressure is that of a teenager according to my doctor and he’s taken me off half my medication, I should be completely off by the end of next year. In the mean time the arthritis in my hands is gone, I am no longer pre-diabetic, have more energy, sleep better and I am losing weight. I’m 74 and getting better everyday. Sinus problems no longer exist and my dentist said he’s never seen my teeth so clean after 6 months.

I’m diabetic and was prescribed Ozempic to control my blood sugar. All I can say is Ozempic is horrible for so many people. It made me sick and lose my appetite and caused my blood sugar to increase to over 500 once. It also caused severe bruising around the area of the shot too, so I switched to Monjara and now my sugar is below 150 most of the time. Whoopi is in a denial mode for overweight people to cry about fat shaming. Kids are fat because they don’t go out and play like we did as kids. Adults are fat because they watch too much TV and eat junk food nonstop! An overactive thyroid can cause weight gain for some people also.

P.E. would definitely be beneficial to kids everywhere. It not only keeps kids in good shape but it teaches kids teamwork. When I was a kid (eons ago) we played outside until it got dark with no electronics and we seemed happier. We ate healthy (treats were just for holidays), we had limited TV time after dinner. We read a book or played board games with family when weather was bad. There was a lot more interaction with other people. Nowadays, even peoples’ posture is bad because of constantly leaning over their electronics during their waking hours. America is mostly unhealthy because of bad habits, not genetics.
