Most of them that pretend to struggle with English, understand english fine. The more heat the less English they understand. Ive worked with hundreds of latin immigrants ( legal and illegal) throughout my life. When they get in trouble at work they act like this. “Ah, uh no english, uh, how do you say?” But if there is an error on their paycheck, it’s “Excuse me Mr. Smith, i believe there is some clerical error on my paycheck. The calculations are aren’t precise. Please remedy this situation post haste.”
