MANY of the idiots on TV are dickheads, but Colbert is the kingpin of all dickheads! He has a lot of morons trying to reach is status, but he’s “da man” of all the morons!!
Cobert alway thought he was funny, but being funny and being stupid are two different things. Colbert is stupid and the only funny thing about him is when he’s going to be taken down. Then I’ll LOL.
The problem is most conservatives are well read and his BS means very little to them and can be funny. But the Marxists and low info ones take his words as gospel and vote accordingly.

Originally I’d hold the remote for Colbert or Fallon, depending on the guests. Then it switched to whoever started their monologue with a Trump ‘joke’. Fallon won that, so I switched to Colbert. Colbert was funny about it, like comedians should be. Suddenly, (I believe), Colbert’s producers told him he had to be more evil. It was like night and day. So I stopped watching both. I did briefly watch during the Biden years. They couldn’t come up with a Biden joke because our government was a joke in itself. I don’t even bother now. Plus those shows used to have entertainers. Now they sit there talking to themselves. Do they have a real live audience?
