Renting is not a flex. Just a waste of money. She could’ve incorporated and bought her own condo, a 2 bedroom and only been responsible for property taxes, insurance and HOA monthly or yearly. Her thought process was very immature since she clearly was not a girlfriend. It appears she was all about show and material things.
