The first time I heard biden speak when he decided to run, I could hear the difference in his speech. I believe he was diagnosed while he was VP which is why they had Hillary run and when it became aware there wasn’t anyone to beat President Trump in 2020, they brought in old joe. By the time 2020 rolled around, it was clear he had dementia. His speech was different, he was unable to complete sentences at times and he was combative…all signs of dementia decline. He was also physically frail.
As for the cancer, I don’t think he was under going chemo, radiation possibly but not chemo. He should have had the tumor removed before it spread to bone but taking over power was more important to jill and everyone else who was out to destroy the country.
