More like since she was developed in a lab experiment gone horribly wrong. They had to scrap the formula.
LOL!!! Maxipad was the first test tube baby, but the scientist dropped the tube on the floor and it broke. Rather than just throw the mess away, they scraped it up, dumped it into another test tube, shook it up and hoped for the best. She’s today’s version of Frankenstein’s Monster.

Waters obviously has NO idea what she’s reading. Not only did she NOT write it, she’s not even seen it before reading it (and had a hard time doing that). Everyone can see she’s a front piece for whoever is really running her office–probably little Obama minions. Like Pelosi, she needs to moved to the back and let the lucid adults run the show.
