My two dogs and grand puppy had to cover their ears/eyes. They even have a toy elephant but no jackass or R(h)ino. My cat even covers her face when she hears Newsom talking on the news.

It is really funny that the tv news, except FOX, cannot seem to get the facts straight about the riots in LA. Guess that is why no one wants to watch them any more.
Painting the illegals who have exhibited criminal behavior as ICE targets is (by common sense) relatively understandable… otherwise, as it has already been said by many others: ANY illegal – criminal or law-abiding – has committed the crime of illegal entry, and therefore are ICE targets as well…if, after deportation, these law-abiding illegals desire to enter legally, they can do so…but to lay aside the crime of illegal entry altogether is not appropriate…
With this stated, I do suggest that ICE should document any deported law-abiding illegal so that – if they were to enter legally in the future – they will already have a vetting aspect completed for that person…
As I understand from Kristi Noem, if they self-deport they could be eligible to have a path towards legal citizenship. If they get deported, they can kiss that option goodbye. I think it’s a fair choice.
