How can he legally do this? The material was paid for by the taxpayers specifically for building the wall and approved by Congress. It’s not his to sell as it’s already been allocated. If Congress approved the purchase of the materials (some reluctantly), who in Congress is approving this latest Biden move? Rule of law kicks in on January 20th.
