The CEO made the mistake of asking the NY marketing department and not asking CUSTOMERS how they could improve Cracker Barrel.

She did solve the waiting list problem !

  1. The original LOGO is a family logo, displaying Uncle Hershel.

    The new logo actually depicts the woke idea from a female, who does not believe in masculinity. Blah, Blah, Blah, totally without character a nothing burger.

    I actually don’t know why I am wasting my time here.

    I just wont go bother to return, always liked the fair. Live and learn.

  2. I used to love to go there until the food was under seasoning, they said that’s why they have salt and pepper on the table. So I stopped going there because the food wasn’t the same. Changing the logo is not going to fix the problem. The same thing that happened to the Boston Chicken changed to Boston Market and it’s dying.
