We are a society of instant gratification and if we don’t get it, everyone goes to that “they’re sweeping it under the rug, what are they hiding,” mentality.
Since Dan was also an internet influencer who also wanted/expected instant information in order to get out videos, it’s just not realistic if you want to build a strong airtight case.
I think Dan put that out there to let the public know that instant answers don’t happen in the real world of investigation.
