To be fair, Survey Monkey has a lot of limitations in terms of utility and security. So, while it is a phenomenal tool, it is not always a viable option for larger organizations let alone the government.
Okay, so let’s put the $10K versus $1 Billion aside – I know…that’s an enormous ask, but bear with me…, having said that, the fact that NOTHING was done with the information they collected is beyond egregious. It means that, not only were they picking our collective pockets, they were not even listening to what we were saying.
In essence that means we were paying them to tell us to shut the hell up. This is unforgivable. Unfortunately, it is the least unforgivable among so much worse. God Bless every heart and mind doing this work.
