Wimpy Timmy thinks he has control of the Minnesota National Guard, but all those uniforms they wear say U.S. Army on them, which means the feds have control over the state’s National Guard. If wimpy Timmy had those National Guard personnel go against the ICE agents, it would be an act of mutiny which is punishable under the UCMJ. Since the National Guard is made up of weekend warriors, I doubt if any of them wants to face a firing squad.
