Reminds me of a “fun situation” I had, in the late 1980’s, here in Jersey. Was at a local suburban supermarket parking lot, when I noticed 4 black thugs, from nearby Newark area city ghetto, clustered around some old, short, weak, white woman (obviously up to no good–and she looked afraid and helpless, too). So, I got in my car, drove right by them, and threw a few curse words at them, to get their attention. So, these fools gave up trying to con or rob (or worse) this old white lady, and started following me in their fast car, thinking that 4 against 1, was no problem for them. But this was my town, not theirs, so I drove straight to the police station. And these morons followed me there, as I pulled into the lot, with police cars all around. I went into one entrance, and they went into the main one (I guess they thought that they were going to report me as some kind of racist, or something?) Anyway, I noticed that they went into the other entrance (3 of them), so I came right back out, walked by the one short coward that they had left behind next to their car (as he was trying to yell to his 3 loser buddies, “he’s getting away!”), and was gone before they even came back out, and quickly disappeared into a maze of local streets, that I knew. I often wonder what they tried to tell those puzzled cops, at the station…probably something like: “This white guy just threw racial epithets at us, while we were trying to get some money, out of some old, white woman.” And the cops would say: “Oh, yeah? We don’t see no white guy around here, only you. Why don’t you guys stand over here, while we run a routine check on you–for outstanding warrants…you don’t mind, do you?”
