This guy is saying an 18 or 20 year old is a kid…..On what planet? They are considered to be adults under the law. That baton is feather light and she hit the victim with enough force to give her a concussion. I have watched this over and over and she hit that girl intentionally because the girl passed her closely and she lost her temper. Too late to bawl now.
