Well, “We the People” wanted to know for 4 years “who was running the Country”? because we all knew it wasn’t dementia Joe Biden!
Like it or not — Trump making Biden’s executive orders; pardons; and any policy that was not signed directly by sleepy Joe Biden but by His Administration members who were not “elected by the People” and who did use the Auto-pen should without a doubt be Null & void.
I totally agree: anything that was signed by autopen, without any substantiating evidence (videos, witnesses, documents), by a president who is no longer mentally cognizant, and may not have been so for most of his presidency, cannot be justified as legally authorized, and should be null and void. James Comer, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, called many witnesses, all members of the Biden administration, in the White House–and no one could substantiate that Joe Biden actually authorized–any of these autopen signings. And only the president is legally authorized to use the autopen, no one else. But since there is no evidence that he did, and he can’t remember using it, it all must be declared null and void, and not legal.
