Just a question out of curiosity – where do the homeless get their tents from? They’re not cheap. They’re probably supplied by the cities along with the drug paraphernalia to keep them homeless. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re furnishing the drugs also. That is their voter base afterall along with illegals.
