I have never liked rap from the very beginning. We wouldn’t let our son listen to Ice T., which was the popular one at the time. His lyrics were all about vulgarity and violence, mostly the MF word and cop-killing. I have never liked it since even though not all are about vulgarity and violence. I just don’t like the sound. I’m not at all surprised by the frequency of the violence and child trafficking. Their image is mostly tough guy challenging the world.
