Trump should tell those Democrat Hell Holes to ask for help before wasting effort on them. They will complain, file law suits, take the gain, and say it was never a problem. This is a thankless task!!! Go to the Conservative states that have problems and fix them first. How much great publicity did Trump get for straightening up Washington DC?
