They may still have the death penalty in Utah, but not in NY State. Mario Cuomo saw to that. His so-called Roman Catholic faith wouldn’t allow him to condone death. Too bad his concern for the living didn’t extend to the unborn. Mario never saw an abortion that he didn’t like.
