I think James has definitely committed mortgage fraud . If she completed her applications as stated, that is mortgage fraud. If you don’t charge her, then you should not charge regular citizens.

That never should have been allowed. All the charges SUDDENLY brought against Trump are ridiculous. If anyone had issues they should have brought their charges up when it occurred. No one had an issue until he runs for president. Then suddenly Bragg, Carol, James, Fannie,
and by luck all democrat judges we’re assigned. It was so obvious it’s hard to believe they were allowed. And the one judge Trump had was a total nut case. He made negative remarks about Trump right during trial and nothing was done. That trial should have been stopped immediately and a different judge should been appointed.
I can’t remember the judges name but if you were staying up with it you will know who. He had wild hair, made weird faces during the trial and made many bias remarks about Trump during the trial, it should have been stopped. He looked and acted like a homeless man with mental illness. The bias was so evident.
About DC, the officials in DC do not seem to think they have a criminal problem. Everyone else does. People are murdered, beaten by gangs, drive by shootings and they have no problem. BS
The residents can not walk the streets and feel safe. Afraid to go out at night. Have to be on alert at all times for their safety. This city needs help. And they should be happy and grateful that Trump is stepping in. Criminals are let loose. Under age gangs with violent shootings and no charges. Trump needs to step into NYC also. There crime is rampant and criminals face no charges.
It is not right in either city and law and order needs to be brought back for the residents. They should not have to live in fear because their government officials are not doing what they are being paid for.
