I haven’t flown since 1996 when my father died. I haven’t had to deal with the stepped up security since 9/11, 2001. I would have to read up on all the rule changes.
JD is so respectful, he does not interrupt and he acknowledges some of the more logical points that are made. Then he gets his own points across without playing the “gotcha” game, he allows the truth to be “self-evident”. I admire his logic and his no-nonsense approach. It is never just a debate with him, it is a commonsense spotlight on reality. No argument, quit focusing on absurdities and get the job done.
To answer your question, I agree with what Trump said although I would have advised him against it. It was too soon to connect those dots and his words were not needed because things will change moving forward. He does not need to justify his decisions.
I believe he spoke out of sorrow for what may have been avoided, for all the tragedies and waste we are living with because of DEI and other divisive rhetoric and not as a political opportunity to slam anyone. His greatest strength is his humanity, I wish people could see that.

I haven’t flown since 2021. No hurry to start now.
