Have long admired Carrie Underwood ever since her competing and winning on American Idol. Have been a fan ever since. I was hoping and praying she would win. How could she not? And now, years later, she handles this untimely problem on one of the most important days in history. But she pulled it off with grace and calmness and went right into with grace and confidence. What a talent. Wonder if Taylor Swift or Beyonce could have survived that hitch. I bet not as well; it takes a special person to handle that, and Carrie is that special. If any of you have not heard her rendition of “How Great Thou Art”, please try your best to do so. Gave me goosebumps.
