We need to reinstate mental institutions for those who need help with coping with the everyday situations that they face. We have so many unhinged people who cannot harness their negative feelings, including using violent behavior, causing havoc on others. These kids don’t realize they’re in their prime age for learning. They should be using this time to learn and hone the skills that will support them for the rest of their lives.
